Meet the Team

  • Darcy Hayes

A native of Petersburg, Michigan, Darcy comes from a long line of horsewomen. From a young age, Darcy took on a key role in the management of her mother Sharon’s Willow Tree Farm.

Results soon followed, with Darcy winning her first Grand Prix at the age of 15 at the Motor City Horse show aboard Chancellor. She went on to compete across North America under the tutelage of George Dawson and Zander Duffield, accumulating top results in Grand Prixs at HITS, Chagrin, Trader’s Point, Detroit, Harrisburg, and Culpeper aboard Eternal Journey.

Since moving to Canada, Darcy has worked alongside other top professionals at operations including Fleetwood, Adena Springs, KingRidge Stables, and Sorensen Stables, with each chapter including numerous wins in the Canadian Hunter Derby Series as well as Championships at the Royal Winter Fair and beyond.

  • Quincy Hayes

Following in Darcy’s footsteps, Quincy began riding at a young age, with almost immediate success coming at the 2002 Royal Winter Fair when Grand Pony Champion aboard Northwind Sapphire.

A successful Junior career included wins in the Jump Canada Medal and CET Medal, 8th placed at USET Talent Search Finals, along with four top 25 placings at USEF Medal Finals and Maclay Medal Finals. This lead to her joining the Auburn University Equestrian Team, where she helped secure two National Championship titles. Working with top coaches like Andre Dignelli, Chris Payne, David Belford, Marni Von Schalberg, Chris Sorensen, and Robert Vos, Quincy was well equipped upon graduation to turn her attention to a career as a professional equestrian.

Success soon followed; with Calgary 56, she was the Canadian National Reserve Champion in the Under 25 Division in 2016. Quincy has continued to help clients achieve results for themselves and their horses, with top results coming in Hunter Derbies and at the Royal Winter Fair.
